Caramel Apples
We've refined the cooking temperature to ensure you achieve that ideal, smooth caramel coating.
- Heat the mixture on low until it reaches 230°F to 240°F (softball stage) for the perfect balance of stick and shine.
Tri-Tip Bowl
We've simplified this recipe by recommending a pre-seasoned 3-5 lb tri-tip from Costco (Mortons Brand), making this delicious meal even more convenient to prepare while maintaining its exceptional flavor profile. For perfect results, sear the meat at 450°F for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350°F and cook to your desired doneness: rare (125°F), medium-rare (135°F), medium (145°F), medium-well (150°F), or well-done (160°F). Cooking time is approximately 20-25 minutes per pound. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Pancake Syrup
We've adjusted the syrup recipe to achieve an ideal level of sweetness that lets the natural flavors shine through, creating a more refined taste that perfectly complements your pancakes.
- Omit the extra half a cup of white sugar in the syrup.
Cheeseburger Soup
Put the browned ground beef in with the diced potatoes and chicken broth. This allows the flavors to meld together more thoroughly, creating an even richer, more satisfying soup.
